EHS-Endorsed Event: 9th Swiss Hernia Days
The 9th Swiss Hernia Days will take place on 22–23 October 2026 in Basel at the Novartis Campus. The established hernia congress will feature lectures by national and international experts, live and video sessions, networking opportunities, and hands-on workshops, including anatomy and robotic surgery training. Young surgeons are actively supported through collaboration with the Association of Young Swiss Surgeons (FJC), free registration, fellowships, and awards. The congress aims to provide an inspiring environment for education, innovation, and professional exchange in hernia surgery.
