Robotic Discovery Courses by EHS and Intuitive

Eligibility criteria

Please ensure that you meet the course eligibility criteria before submitting your application. Applications will be reviewed based on the requirements outlined below:

  • Participants must be EHS members residing in Europe.
  • Participants must have access to a da Vinci surgical system at their hospital and be interested in starting a robotic-assisted surgery program.
  • Participants should have experience in open and/or laparoscopic general surgery.
  • The participant’s Head of Department must support and commit to their continued robotic training following the course.
  • Participants must complete a full in-service at their hospital before attending the course.
  • Participants should have completed at least 10 cases as a bedside assistant.
  • Simulator training before the course is recommended, where available.
