The EHS invites you to the 2-day EHS Intermediate Anatomical Cadaver Course in Prague, Czech Republic, 24-25 June 2025. The highly interactive course course combining expert lectures and cadaveric dissections. Participants will learn detailed abdominal wall anatomy, hernia repair techniques (inguinal, ventral, umbilical), and advanced reconstructive procedures like TAR and component separation. The course includes practical surgical training, theoretical sessions on indications, techniques, and complications, as well as pre- and post-course assessments.

 

Learning objectives
  1. Gaining 3D ANATOMICAL KNOWLEDGE of groin, medial and lateral abdominal wall, including skin and subcutaneous tissue (altogether: 3 hours of lectures!)
  2. SURGICAL TRAINING in rising and managing skin flaps, navigating different anatomical planes, different incision laparotomies and closing the abdominal cavity, surgical techniques in AWR (altogether: 8,5 hours of practical training!)

This course has previously been granted European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). This course will be submitted for CME accreditation.

2-day course fee: €1025 (excluding VAT) 

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the full course programme
  • Coffee breaks and lunch
  • Dinner on 24 June


Cancellation terms

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu. Cancellations postmarked before and on the date indicated below will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation deadline: 12 May 2025.

If the course is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of expenses incurred by the course.
