About the course

The Train the Trainer course, scheduled for November in Geneva, aims to equip trainers with tools to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The 2-day event focuses on optimizing briefings, and debriefings, and enhancing trainers’ confidence and competence in managing trainee dynamics, interactions, and feedback. Utilizing a blend of experimentation, systematic debriefings, and simulation tools, the program promotes a deep understanding of varied scenarios and reinforces the sustainability of learned skills. The trainers, experts in Organisational and Human Factors from combat aeronautics, have tailored their methods from aviation safety protocols to ensure effectiveness. The course promises an intensive schedule covering communication skills, trainer relationships, process analysis, and practical workshops, aiming for enhanced team dynamics and problem-solving strategies.
