HerniaGPT vs #HerniaFriends – X Series

Coming September we are launching a new Twitter (Currently X) Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused series. We are introducing #HerniaGPT, a virtual surgeon embodying the expertise and values of an abdominal wall surgeon working in a mid-level hospital in Europe. With a steadfast commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care, HerniaGPT has been engaging with real-world scenarios. We posed the identical questions to HerniaGPT as those previously addressed by #HerniaFriends in the recurring #HerniaPolls conducted on Twitter over the years. Do LLM AIs come to different conclusions than actual surgeons? We seek to discover the how‘s and why‘s of similarities and differences. Is it all good? Or bad?
