The EHS invites you to the 2-day Intensive Advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery Cadaver Course in Barcelona, Spain, 14-15 March, 2024.

Experience Requirements

  1. The course is suitable for Senior Trainees or Consultants
  2. Logbook Verification:
    A logbook must be submitted for verification, documenting the participant’s experience as a primary surgeon unsupervised. The logbook should confirm the completion of the following procedures:
    – Lichtenstein: 50
    – TAPP: 40
    – Rives Stoppa: 20
    TEP: 10
    Laparoscopic ventral hernia (V-TAPP, E-TEP ventral): 20
  3. Department Endorsement:
    – Letter from the Head of the department or Supervisor that there are opportunities to further develop your skills in advanced MIS hernia repair
